The Street Kids youth flag football team
improved to 3-0 after defeating ImportEx
Warriors, 49-16 at SoccerZone on Thursday
night. The Kids were actually down 16-14 at
the half before the defense shut down the
Warriors and the offense got going, scoring
five straight touchdowns at one point.

"At the half, I challenged the defense to step up," said head coach Joe Richard. "They responded by not
allowing a touchdown in the second half. Guys were making plays from across the field and our offense just
came alive and started clicking unlike the first half."

Quarterback Colin Caseras threw for five touchdowns and rushed for one.
Brett fine scored three times while Andrew Carrico scored twice. Carrico
also had two interceptions on defense. Speaking of defense, Dranoel
Skinner had two sacks and Greg Richard had one. Richard was all over
the field, with a team high 10 tackles, five of them for a loss.

The Kids return to SoccerZone on January 25th at 10:40am.
