The Street Kids youth flag football team finished with a disappointing 3-5 record in the first session at
SoccerZone in Granger but started the second session on the right note.

Street Kids beat the Browns on Thursday, 32-7, increasing their overall record in 2008-09 to 4-5.
Newcomer Andrew Carrico caught two touch down passes and intercepted two balls on defense to aid in
the win. Stevie Nelson had two sacks and one interception, while Greg Richard and Draenol Skinner
combined for an amazing seven sacks and two safeties.

"Our offensive blocking was very good tonight," said head coach Joe Richard. "Chris (Milewski) and Greg
(Richard) really led the way on the line. We also put a lot of pressure on their QB, which led to a lot of sacks
and tipped passes. Really great job tonight."

The Kids return to SoccerZone on Sunday at 10:40am.
