The Kalamazoo Street Kids team improved to 3-1 in leagues after a win over Sports Only, 23-18.
The team hit a combined .731 with three different players going perfect on the night.
Veteran outfielder Jim Price led the way with a 3-5 night at the plate, including two home runs, a
triple and seven rbi's in the night’s single game. Mike Martin, Terry Patsel and Pat Coleman also
managed a perfect night at the plate in route to the team’s third win in a row.
“ I think all the extra preseason swings we took as a team are really showing up right now,” stated
veteran outfielder Kevin George.
Up next for the Kzoo Kids, Dream Limousine at the Westnedge Complex, field #2 at 7:30 pm next
week.
