The drive to sell raffle tickets for an authentic Tim Brown
autographed Notre Dame jersey began this morning as TJ Jorgensen
of the Zolman Tire/Street Kids softball team joined Sarah Clay's
sister, Stephanie Schools, on the Saturday morning Channel 16
television show on March 25th. They also have been featured on
Channel 22 and Fox 28 has also helped by promoting the raffle.
The team is hoping to raise money from the raffle tickets to aide in
the cost for Sarah's stem cell surgery, scheduled in May, to help
reverse the effects of an ATV accident she suffered a few years back.
Sarah is paralyzed from the waist down.
Due to some late information, one of the locations were left off of the
morning show. Here are your ways to purchase raffle tickets for the
jersey:
1. Website. You can purchase raffle tickets directly from this website
buy clicking on the PayPal icon above. Using your debit or credit card
(or PayPal account if you have one), you can instantly order as many
tickets you want.
2. Contact TJ directly. Moments following the television show,
Jorgensen received several phone calls from people ordering tickets
that do not have a computer, or are unfamiliar with the locations
mentioned on TV. Jorgensen and any other Street Kids player will be
happy to meet you somewhere to help with your purchase.
3. Four locations across Michiana. You can purchase tickets at any of
these four locations: Zolman Tire on Vaness St., off of 23 near Notre
Dame, Alpha Graphics on Main St. in South Bend, Osceola Family
Medical on Lincolnway in Osceola and at Smith Signs on Capital Ave.
in Mishawaka, where you can order them from TJ himself.
4. Any Street Kids player. Most players have tickets, or can get some
very fast. If you know a Street Kids player and are interested in
tickets, give them a call.
