Muncie, IN-

After a first round bye Friday night in the 2007 NSA Indiana Super State Tournament in Muncie, Indiana,
Street Kids/Tanel/TPS softball faced Diggers from Fort Wayne in round 2 of the state tournament, having
not faced Diggers since an NSA qualifier in early 2006 in Warsaw, a game SKS won. Friday night, the
Street Kids once again had Diggers' number.

SKS defeated Diggers 28-14 to advance to the third round of the Super State tournament, and advance to
the final eight of the winners bracket. The Kids (146-36 overall, 45-14 in tournaments) pounded out 36
hits and batted .720 for the game. Lanny Fisher had five hits, including two doubles and three rbi's to lead
the victorious Kids. Shane Varga, TJ Jorgensen, Nick Bishop and Brian Lange all added four hits each
and Reggie Uribe connected for his 6th home run, a three run shot, in the third inning.

Nick Bishop, who won the ASA Michigan State Tournament MVP for the champion Street Kids in
Muskegon two weeks earlier, remained red hot in state tourneys, reaching base safely in all five plate
appearances Friday night. The sure-handed second baseman batted .821 in the Michigan State tourney
and is off to the same start in Muncie.

Saturday
In the third round, SKS beat Shelby's, 14-9 to move to the final four of the winners bracket. Lanny Fisher
remained red hot, going 4-for-4 while Joe Richard and Nick Bishop added three hits each.  They will face
the number three ranked Class D softball team in the country, BBBP from Indianapolis.

Sunday
The Kids were not at their best Sunday morning but it was enough to defeat one of the top teams in the
country. SKS defeated top seeded BBBP 23-12 to advance to the winners bracket finals against Team
Reload.  Hank Minix and Todd Fizer both had four hits in the win, while Lanny Fisher, Reggie Uribe and
Brian Lange all added three hits in the win.

After defeating BBBP, SKS would face their toughest challenge in Team Reload, but could not come
through in the clutch, as they fell to Reload, 19-11. After the loss, SKS would square off against BBBP
once again and once again Street Kids would get the advantage over a very good team, beating BBBP
21-11 to advance to the championship game and a rematch against Reload.

Team Reload turned out to be just too much for the Kids to handle as they would lose 29-14, giving Team
Reload the Super State title. They are a very talented team and deserved to win the game, even if they
didn't get the Kids' best game.

Lanny Fisher, Nick Bishop and Brian Lange were all named to the All-State team.
ASA State Tournament MVP Nick Bishop
remained red hot in state tourneys, reaching
base five times Friday night in Muncie.
