Second NIT Win in Jackson
Troy Fairbanks was named MVP as the Suburban/SKS softball
team beat Softball Fans 28-16 to win the NIT in Jackson,
Michigan.
All tourney selections included Tim Medema, Guy Morton,
Mike Ortiz and Matt Lavender.
"Troy was consistent all day for us," said manager BJ Roberts.
"The whole team was. But what was most impressive was
when we had a 10-run inning without using a home run. That
was nice."
